It is a great privilege to be here with you today to share a few thoughts! To start off, I would like to pose a question. How many of you had an inspiring thought or idea last night? Today, I wish to delve into the theme of aspirations with all of you. Of course, I’m not referring to fleeting thoughts, but rather to visions for our lives.

Every person harbors dreams about their existence, unique aspirations that evolve as we journey through different phases of life. Dreams serve as our guiding lights, much like stars guiding sailors across the dark seas. With dreams, we set our sights on a target, eliminating confusion from our path. They instill hope in our hearts, and with hope comes the innate power to persevere.

I have a dream: to become an engineer. The reason is simple; engineers have the ability to construct and innovate, improving the world around us. I firmly believe that those who contribute to society can find true fulfillment. Thus, I aspire to be an engineer in the near future.

Yet, I understand that life brings its share of challenges, filled with peaks and valleys. At times, we may stumble on our journey towards our goals, and it’s easy to feel disheartened. However, in those moments, the dreams we hold dear provide us with solace, motivation, and the impetus to forge ahead.

Youth! I relish this period of my life. This very youthfulness fills me with the conviction that anything is achievable. I truly believe that nothing can hinder me. If I fail to realize my dream, it is solely because I have not put in enough effort, and I refuse to succumb to excuses. If no one believes in you, let your actions speak for themselves. If you feel deprived of divine blessings or truth, remember that you can become your own beacon of light. "I shall soar high above and make my mark, my talents will shine and uplift the world." Once, I too had lofty ambitions, and through diligence, I achieved various milestones. Each victory resulted from my tenacity. I hold firmly to the belief that “to achieve more than others, one must exert greater effort.” In essence, dreams embody our hopes. If we remain steadfast in our endeavors, success will surely be within reach.

Cherish your dreams, for when they fade, life becomes a stagnant river with no flow. Embrace your dreams, for when they diminish, life resembles a desolate land with no warmth.
