【摘　要】本文从计算机字库单字字体的可版权性、第三方插件著作权侵权问题、数字环境下首次销售原则的可适用性、网络信息传播权重构、视听作品与二次获取报酬权、网络服务提供者著作权侵权、深度链接刑法入罪、社交网络的著作权问题、合理使用的法律属性及原则、合理使用立法与制度设计、数字图书馆合理使用困局、孤儿作品的使用、著作权延伸管理制度和网络环境下著作权集体管理制度等十四个方面评述近五年来著作权研究成果。

Review of Literatures on Copyright During Recent Five Years

【Abstract】This paper reviews studies on copyright in the past five years in respect to fourteen topics：the copyright protection for the fonts，infringement of the third party's plug-ins，the applicability of the first sale doctrine in the digital environment，the reconfiguration of the right of communication to the public，audiovisual works and right to second chance of remuneration，the copyright infringement of internet serviceprovider，criminality of deep linking，copyright and social networks，legal nature and principle of fair use，the legislation and system design of fair use，dilemma on the fair use of digital library，the exploitation of orphan works，the extended collective copyright management system and copyright collective management system under the network environment.

网络技术、数字技术的迅猛发展对传统著作权制度带来了全方位的挑战。新技术引发的著作权新问题或者对传统著作权制度的影响是近五年著作权研究的重点，其中著作权内容、网络著作权、著作权限制与例外制度是重中之重。此外，由于恰逢《中华人民共和国著作权法》第三次修订，相关研究成果也不少见。
