智能装备产品概念设计实例介绍

【摘要】:智能装备产品技术先进,更新换代快,技术系统和使用环境复杂,性能指标竞争激烈,其工业设计不同于一般消费类产品。智能装备技术功能的实现依赖于用户在复杂环境下与产品的交互。在方案设计过程中,为了使智能装备产品具备在复杂环境下的“交互友好性”,通常采用自然交互的设计理念进行产品外观创新。

智能装备产品概念设计实例介绍

人类走过了农耕社会、工业社会、信息社会,进入“智能社会”。在农耕社会和工业社会,人类的生产工具主要是基于物质和能量的动力工具。在智能社会,劳动工具转向了基于数据、信息、知识、价值的智能工具,智能是创新的原始驱动力量,创新驱动发展的时代真正到来了。《中国制造2025》把高端装备创新工程列为重点发展对象。智能装备作为高端装备的重要代表,一般指具有感知、分析、推理、决策、控制功能的装备产品,具备自动化、智能化、精密化、绿色化等特征,是先进制造技术、信息技术和智能技术的集成和深度融合。

智能装备产品技术先进,更新换代快,技术系统和使用环境复杂,性能指标竞争激烈,其工业设计不同于一般消费类产品。智能装备造型的可变空间小,内部结构复杂,专业化程度高,对产品机电智能一体化协调性、技术的安全可靠性、工艺和成本控制要求很高,创新设计的难度较大。早期智能装备的设计往往由工程师主导,主要关注技术的吸收与创新,聚焦于工程技术的先进性,常常忽略产品的人性化需求、审美与品牌特征等要素。随着21世纪产品的信息化智能化发展,在物理功能趋于同质化的背景下,需求方已不仅满足于装备功能与技术标准的实现,良好的交互性和整体品牌形象成为提升智能装备产品竞争力的关键因素,设计创新是产业价值链中具有增值潜力的重要环节。智能装备技术功能的实现依赖于用户在复杂环境下与产品的交互。通过设计创新与技术创新的融合,支持先进技术功能以最人性化的方式、最大限度地实现,整体提升产品的用户体验、品牌形象和市场价值,实现产业的转型升级,是智能装备工业设计的重要目标。

本部分的概念设计作品主要集中在智能安全装备领域。通过与湖南省智能安全装备工业设计中心的长期合作,在对智能安全装备的核心技术、内部结构、性能要求、使用环境、行业特征与发展趋势等持续研究的基础上,结合当前的社会需求和技术发展需求,开展概念设计,部分设计已经产品化,通过合作企业生产上市。在设计过程中,主要从人机交互设计和整体形象特征设计两个方面着手产品的创新。

在人机交互设计方面,在考虑产品安全性、耐用性和性能指标的同时,主要聚焦于产品使用过程的优化,以及使用过程中全接触点的用户体验性。通过技术系统分析、用户调研和操作模拟等方式,梳理产品的服务流程,提取和分析用户使用产品过程中的全接触点,如装配、持握、操控、人机界面交互、收纳、携带、维修与保养等,发现人机交互过程中用户的真实需求,提出设计概念和方案,并以使用过程中全接触点的用户体验性来全面评价和完善设计方案。在方案设计过程中,为了使智能装备产品具备在复杂环境下的“交互友好性”,通常采用自然交互的设计理念进行产品外观创新。一方面,支持用户利用技术产品的外观和界面感知信息,基于自发的方法来认知产品,不需要或只需要少数意识指导就能高速度低差错地与产品进行信息和情感交流。另一方面,利用产品外观形状、凸凹结构、比例和材质的设计,促进操作过程中用户的生理结构与产品形态的契合与和谐,支持用户以最舒适、最健康、最习惯的方式便捷高效地操作产品。

在整体形象特征设计方面,在考虑产品内部物理结构和用户使用方式的同时,主要聚焦于产品的整体造型(如线、形、体、线面关系、凸凹关系等)、涂装和CMF等。外观造型是装备技术结构、功能和复杂环境下性能有效实现的物化体现,好的外观造型可凸显智能装备的品质感、行业特性和专业性,形成认知的差异化和品牌特质,激发用户产生积极的认知反应,说服用户信任产品的技术品质和属性特征,促进用户对产品性能的理解和价值的认同。如外观应该具备消防装备的风格特征,充分展示出产品的高科技性、技术复杂性、精准性、耐用可靠性等属性。涂装和CMF的创新设计,不仅能有效防护产品,还能增强智能装备的视觉魅力,提高企业的品牌识别度,塑造形成产品和企业的性格与气质,提供新的价值和竞争优势。

NOVASKY反无人机系统,应用于机场、监狱、水(核)电站等高安防要地,能360°全方位、俯仰大于60°进行探测、识别、跟踪和打击,也可诱导其定点降落。设计充分考虑了在复杂使用环境下天线、机身和摄像头的三防要求(达到PI65),太阳能的利用,以及摄像头(含夜视红外仪)防眩光要求,造型严谨简洁。

CE400穿墙雷达用于灾难救援、公安反恐等任务,能实时提供视觉障碍物(灌木、烟雾、墙体等)后方30m以内生命体的运动状态及三维位置信息。产品采用15°倾斜屏幕,便于垂直观察时手臂在自然状态下舒适有力地提举产品;把手设计支持单手或双手提举,也可倒置支撑产品维修。壳体造型具备良好的防摔、防碰撞、耐磨、防水等环境适应性。

CE400 through-wall radar is used in the tasks of anti-terrorism.It collects information of living body’s movement and 3D location within 30m behind any trees,smoke and wall.The product use a 15 degree tilt screen,can hold it by one hand or both hands,it can also put upside down while observing.The design and materials also have advantage of anti-fall,anti-collision,antifriction and waterproof.

TRACKER是一款手持式消防搜救雷达,广泛应用于火灾地震、矿难等复杂环境,为消防队员提供墙后、建筑物内生命体的有无及位置信息。顶部采用42°倾角屏幕,在15分钟静止持握探测中,支持手臂、手腕和手指在自然持握状态下舒适使用产品,创造了人与产品之间的自然交互。内陷式防水按钮既防碰撞,又有助于手持防滑和戴手套状态下的操作。用户界面简洁,色彩对比强烈,能在烟雾等复杂环境下提供清晰和直观的搜索结果。造型凸凹变化丰富,整合了智能仪器装备的美学形式和防摔、防碰撞、耐磨等功能要求,实现了审美性与使用舒适性的高度统一。

TRACKER,widely used in fire,earthquakes,mine disaster and other complex environments,is a handheld fire search and rescue radar which can provide the information about the life entity behind the wall and buildings for firefighters.It uses a 42°tilted screen of the top to keep the arm,wrist and fingers in a natural state to use comfortable in the 15 minutes’ detection,so it creates a natural interaction between people and the product.Retractable waterproof button is not only anti-collision,but also helpful for the operation of handheld and wearing gloves.User interface,simple and color contrast,can provide a clear search results in the smoke and other complex environments.The rich modeling and the aesthetic form of intelligent instrumentation and the function such as anti-drop,anti-collision,wear-resisting have realized the unification of aesthetics and the comfort of use.

一体化智能数字安防雷达采用新一代立体周界防范系统,探测距离远,一旦发现有人靠近,立即发出报警。在设计方面,采用“雷达、摄像、灯光、声音”集成设计,方便运输、安装和维护。采用仿生(鸟)造型,结合了路灯照明功能,使产品与周边景观融为一体,适用于监狱、高档社区、空旷野外、警戒区等多种环境。环境友好,在30米区域无人状态下自动关闭灯光。运行可靠,产品整体造型简洁,结构具备良好的三防功能,在恶劣环境下能可靠运行,顶部“鸟冠”状的球形结构,能有效防止攀爬翻越。

Intelligent Digital Integrated Security Rader,using a new generation of three-dimensional perimeter guarded system,can detect a long distance and raise the alarm immediately when people close to it.In the aspect of design,the integration of "radar,camera,light and sound" is easy to transport,install and maintain.It used a bionic(bird)shape and combined with the street lighting ,so that the product and the surrounding landscape can integrate with applying to prison,high-end community,open field,warning area and other environments.Environmentally friendly,it can turn off the lights automatically in the 30-meter area without people.The reliable operation and the simple shape and the structure of a good three antifunction can adapt to harsh environments.The spherical structure of "bird crown" at the top can effectively prevent from climbing over.

“安全卫士”智能安防雷达采用新一代立体周界防范系统,主要利用雷达(包括摄像头)处理运动物体的感应进行安防监控。在造型设计中,融入“安全卫士”的整体语义,采取整体融合的造型,硬朗的线条风格切合安防产品主题。在结构设计中,产品具有良好的防尘、防水功能,自身结构能对摄像头和雷达模块进行有效防护,适应恶劣环境并实现可靠运行;采取部分可拆卸模块,方便对产品进行组装、维护。

"Security Guards" Intelligent Security Rader uses a new generation of three-dimensional perimeter guarded system and uses radar(including cameras)to deal with the induction into moving objects of security monitoring.In the modeling design,it integrates the semantics of "security guards" and the shape of the overall integration and the tough line style to meet the theme of security product.In the structural design,it has a good disproof and waterproof function which can protect the camera and radar modules effectively and adapt to harsh environments and realize reliable operation.It uses the removable modules to facilitate the assembly and maintenance of the product.

CE400折叠式穿墙雷达是一款应用于地震、反恐、军事巷战等复杂环境的四天线穿墙雷达。雷达整体紧凑,便于四天线收纳携带。整体造型来源于变形金刚,装备感强,军用风格突出。自身结构凸凹有序,具备良好防撞、防摔、防滑、耐磨等使用性能和三防性能。

雷达的结构设计充分考虑了复杂环境下的全行为过程和使用方式。顶端的把手设计,便于情况突发时携带。两侧把手创造性地实现了左右手和胳膊同时工作的方式,能支持单人同时完成抓举和安装支架的工作。

CE400 Folding Through-wall Rader can through the wall with four antennas and apply to seismic,anti-terrorism,military,road fighting and other complex environments.The radar is compact and easy to carry.The modeling is from Transformers with strong sense of equipment and prominent military style.The structure has good performance such as collision,drop,antiskid,wear and three anti-performance.The structural design takes full account of the whole process of behavior and the way of use in complex environments.The top handle are designed for easy carrying when urgent need.Two side of handle creatively achieve right hand and arm can work together and complete the snatch and mounting bracket by a person at the same time.

HELP是一款感应式生命探测机器人,应用于火灾、地震、矿难等复杂环境,替代了消防员开展搜救。整体造型借鉴了螃蟹的主体,蕴含着“适用于水陆两种工作环境”的语意。造型上采用了上下、左右对称结构,即便机器人翻倒也不影响它继续爬行。内置四个生命探测雷达,分别位于四个角,使探测能力和探测范围得到巨大提升。主履带可调试副履带,提升了机器人行走和翻越障碍物的能力,并对主体形成一定保护。

HELP,an induction life detection robot,is used on fire,earthquake,mine disaster and other complex environments and replacing the firefighters to search and rescue.The modeling is from the crab which means" it can apply to the two working environments of water and land".The structure is longitudinal and bilateral symmetry to continue crawling even if the robot over turn.Built-in four life detection radar located in the four corners,so that detection capabilities and range improved greatly.The main track can debug the secondary track to enhance the robot’s ability of walking and crossing the obstacles and to form a protection for the main body.

随着公共路灯在城镇的日益普及,在无人环境下,路灯的持续照明会造成大量电力浪费。照明雷达运用生命探测技术,当人进入雷达探测范围(50m)时,控制路灯开启;当人离开雷达探测范围时,控制路灯关闭。照明雷达顶部安置了太阳能板,让照明系统更加节能。造型设计灵感来源于站在树枝上的鸟,与自然景观有机融合,消除了雷达产品本身的机械感,给人以亲切感和情趣感。

With the popularization of public street lighting in cities and towns,the lighting of the street lamps will cause a lot of waste of electricity in the environment without people.Lighting radar uses life detection technology to turn the lights on when people enter the radar detection range(50m)and to turn the lights down when people leave the radar detection range.The top of the lighting radar installs the solar panels,so that the lighting system becomes more energy-efficient.Modeling design is inspired by the birds standing on the branches of the organic integration of natural landscape to eliminate the machinery of the radar for giving affinity and fun to people.

便携式超宽带穿墙雷达针对复杂的救援环境开展前瞻性设计,改变了传统安防救援雷达因救援环境多变导致的不便携带的弊端。产品在收缩便携的同时,其四角探测板块能够扩大探测面积,增加安防救援效率。支架结构能够提供更加便携省力的操作模式。产品外观造型成熟,结构合理。

Portable Ultra-wideband Through-wall Radar,a forward-looking design for the complicated rescue environment,has changed the traditional security and rescue radar’s inconvenience in the rescue environment.The product can fold to carry and four corners detection plate can expand the detection area to increase security and rescue efficiency.The stent structure provides a more portable and effortless way.The modeling is mature and the structure is reasonable.

反无人机终端可以放置在机场跑道,将飞机发动机的噪声能转化为电能。声能生成系统包括噪声收集和声能发电两部分,中空共鸣腔可以将声能进行收集,集中的声能带动音孔的振膜振动实现能量转化,这两部分可以协同工作,为反无人机系统充电。

The acoustic energy generation system includes two parts of acoustic energy to collect noise,the intermediate resonator can turn the sound energy into electrical energy by placing the device at the airport runway.The noise of the aircraft engine also can be converted into electric energy.The two parts can work together to recharge the Anti-drone System.

消防人员定位系统固定于踝关节以下,能高精度追踪救援人员实时三维运动轨迹、距离、高度、姿态等信息,方便合理指挥和减少窒息、遇险等事故。产品底面采用曲面造型,配合夹扣和绑带双重固定的穿戴方式,能契合和适用于不同款式的消防鞋,穿戴牢固、简便。壳体造型和材料具有防摔、防碰撞、防水、防火、耐高温等环境适应性。

Wearable Positioning Equipment for Firemen is fixed below the ankle joint,it can track the salvager’s information such as three-dimensional movement trajectory,distance,height,position very exactly to command and reduce the choking,distress and other accidents.The bottom using a surface modeling on wearable mode of clips and bandage can fit different kinds of fire shoes,it’s solid and simple.Shell modeling and materials could adapt to anti-impact,anticollision,waterproof,fireproof,high temperature resistance and other environments.

便携式无人机干扰器用于对无人机进行探测、跟踪和锁定。在设计过程中,运用自然交互的理念,结合人体工程学,将手柄放在下面,手可以放低姿势更舒适地持握。干扰器尾端设计成弧形,可更好地以手臂为支点进行操作。瞄准镜可根据个人情况进行调节,支架手柄设计成弧形更好手握。

Portable Drone Jammer is used to detect,track and lock unmanned aerial vehicles.In the design,The concept of natural interaction combines with the ergonomics to place the handle below,so that the hand can hold more comfortable.The tail of the jammer is designed to curve for better operation by the arm’s fulcrum.The optical sight can be adjusted by the person,the stent handle is designed to curve for holding better.

“好秘书”是在场地较大的办公环境中提供服务的一款商务型机器人。产品拥有自动跟随、语音交互、3D视频录制、雷达感应测距、自动避障等先进技术功能。其主要任务是在老板和员工之间传达信息、传送资料,以及将公司较为短缺的设备(如无线打印机等)在办公场地内进行传递,提高员工的工作效率,使设备使用效益最大化。同时,在一定程度上起到人文关怀、监督等作用。

"Good Secretary" is a business-type robot providing the service in large office.It has advanced technology function such as automatic following,voice interaction,3D video recording,radar sensor ranging and automatic obstacle avoidance.The main task are transmitting information and the equipment of shortage(such as wireless printers,etc.)between the boss and the staff in the office to improve the staff’s efficiency and realize the maximum efficiency.It can also play a humanistic care and supervise to some degree.

MAGNET采用夹子、强力磁铁、360°转角无死角照明灯设计。考虑用户使用的不同环境需求,设计中配有强力磁铁,可在汽修、户外野营、备用紧急灯场景中使用。MAGENT灯具有五种操作方式:手握式、灯头单独吸附式、便夹式、夹身吸附式、软管拉伸式。

MAGNET is designed with the clip,powerful magnet and 360°light of angle.Considering the different environmental requirements of the users,the design is equipped with powerful magnets,so that it can be used in the car-repair,camping,emergency lights.MAGNET lamp has five kinds of operation:handheld,lamp stand alone adsorption ,folder,adhesive and hose stretch.

森林防爆消防车是针对化学爆炸、森林火灾等复杂环境开展的前瞻性设计。产品改变了传统方式下救火人员生命受到威胁的弊端。在履带提供较强越野性的同时,消防车前端“V”字型形结构能够很好地开辟道路,消防车尾部结构能够在森林火灾现场开辟防火隔离带。该产品外观造型成熟大气,结构合理,并充分展现了江麓集团系列产品的整体特色。

The Forest and Explosion-proof Fire is a prospective design for chemical explosions,forest fires and other complex environments.The product has changed the absence that fire fighters are threatened in traditional way.The track provides a strong off-road mobility,the "V" structure in the front of the fire engine can open the way better and the tail structure of the car can build a place of fireproof and isolation in the forest.The appearance modeling of the product is especially mature and reasonable and demonstrating the characteristics of Jianglu Group's product.

伴随着房地产市场的快速发展,混凝土建筑拆卸即将成为未来发展的支柱性行业之一,小型混凝土建筑拆卸回收装备正是面向这一行业而设计的。本设计实现了混凝土回收可持续设计:吸盘钻头旋转打碎墙面,吸管吸入混凝土,在尾部管道进行装袋回收,实现资源再利用。采取了仿机器人可变形设计:机器可通过轮子收缩实现存放状态、行走状态、工作状态之间的转变,支持收缩存放、行走稳定和工作稳定的实现。模仿恐龙造型设计:该装备造型灵感来源于侏罗纪恐龙腕龙。

With the rapid development of the real estate market,concrete buildings demolition will become one of the pillars’ industries in the future,the small concrete building demolition recovery equipment is designed for it.The design has realized the concrete recycle and sustainable use:sucker bit smashes wall,straw sucks concrete,the bag in the tail of pipe collects for recycling.The variant design is from imitating robots:machine can realize to transform and stabilize among shrinking,depositing,walking and working by shrinking the wheel.The modeling design is from dinosaur; the equipment’s modeling is inspired by the Jurassic’s Wan Long.

消防侦察无人机针对消防救援而设计。机体搭载了夜视摄像头、生命探测雷达、复合气体检测仪等三大功能模块,能精确定位复杂环境中的生命体,实时监测出易燃、易爆、有毒气体流线型的机体能降低飞行时的阻力;双翼+倾转旋翼在不影响飞行性能的前提下大大降低了飞行的能耗,提高了续航能力;仿昆虫腿部设计的脚架,能有效减小落地时的震动。

Fire Surveillance Drone is designed for fire rescuing.The machine equips with night vision camera,life detection radar,composite gas detector and other three functional modules,so that it can accurately locate the life entity in the complex environment and monitor the flammable,explosive,toxic gas in time.Streamlined body can reduce the resistance when flying.Double wings and tilting rotor can save the energy and not affect the flight performance and improve the endurance.The tripod imitates the insect’s leg to reduce the vibration effectively when it lands.
