摘要:本文建立了由CAD技术、计算机视觉技术和计算机辅助检测规划(CAIP)技术与数控坐标测量机(CNC-CMM)集成形成的机器人化柔性自动坐标测量系统(RFACMS)。RFACMS将计算机视觉和CAIP引入CNC-CMM,极大地提高了CNC-CMM的柔性化和自动化程度;利用CAD数据库中的工件信息,是RFACMS集成到柔性制造系统(FMS)或计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)的基础。文中给出了RFACMS的工作原理。实验结果表明本文方法有效可靠。RFACMS可以集成到FMS或CIMS中,实现完整的设计、制造、检测循环。

Study on Robotized Flexible Automatic Coordinate Measuring System(www.daowen.com)

Abstract:In this paper,arobotized flexible automatic coordinate measuring system(RFACMS)is proposed,which integrates computer aided design(CAD),computer vision,computer aided in-spection planning(CAIP)and a coordinate measuring machine(CNN-CMM).In RFACMS,the flexibility and level of automation of CNC-CMM has been greatly improved by making use of comput-er vision and computer aided inspection planning.Making use of the workpiece information in CAD database is the basis of integrating RFACMS into flexible manufacturing system(FMS)or computer integrated manufacturing system(CIMS).The working principle of RFACMS is presented in this paper.The results of the experim ents show that the researching way proposed in this paper is feasi-ble and effective.RFACMS can be integrated into FMS or CIMS in order to accomplish a compre-hensive cirecle system of designing,manufacturing and measuring.
