摘 要:针对绝热片晾置过程中出现收缩的现象,研究了晾置时间与三元乙丙(EPDM)绝热片收缩率、绝热片门尼黏度的关系。针对大长径比的小口径发动机绝热层难以直接粘贴于燃烧室内壁的问题,研究了预制成型绝热片的保温温度与门尼黏度的关系。实验结果表明,当绝热片的晾置时间为60 h,预制成型绝热片的保温温度为100~130 ℃时,绝热层粘贴的工艺性能最佳。该结果可以为实际生产中的绝热层粘贴提供理论依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the phenomenon of shrinkage during the drying process of the insulation sheet,the re⁃lationship between the shrinkage of EPDM insulation film,the Mooney viscosity of the insulation and placement time was studied.Aiming at the problem that the small-diameter engine insulation layer with large aspect ratio is difficult to be directly attached to the inner wall of the combustion chamber,the relationship between the insula⁃tion temperature of the prefabricated insulation sheet and the Mooney viscosity was studied.The experimental results show that when the placement time of the insulation sheet is 60 h and the insulation temperature of the pre⁃formed insulation sheet is 100-130 ℃,the bonding process performance of the insulation layer is best.This result can provide a theoretical basis for the adhesion of the thermal insulation layer in actual production.
