摘 要:高防护能力、轻质是复合装甲综合防护能力提升的重要目标。在传统抗弹性能设计基础上,对轻质吸能复合装甲结构进行了研究,通过数值计算和仿真分析建立了一种轻质吸能防弹结构,以同等面积下质量12.8 kg,100 m/0°可有效防护7.62 mm 穿甲燃烧弹对该结构进行考核,并通过靶试试验验证了该结构的可行性。

Research on a lightweight energy-absorbing bulletproof structure

Abstract:High protection capability and light weight are important goals for the comprehensive protection of composite armor.Based on the traditional anti-elastic design,the lightweight energy-absorbing composite armor structure is studied.Through numerical calculation and simulation analysis,a lightweight energy-absorbing and anti-ballistic structure is established.The structure can be effectively protected against 7.62mm armor-piercing ammunition by weight less than 12.8kg and 100m/0° in the same area,and the feasibility of the structure is ver⁃ified by the target test.
