Africa is located in the southwestern part of the eastern hemisphere,spanning the north and south of the equator,and parts of the northwest extend into the western hemisphere.

由于风俗习惯、宗教信仰、地理环境、气候条件以及经济、文化等状况不同，他们对于服饰配件的审美要求、价值等的认同，差异很大。非洲的服饰配件分为两大部分：原始部落的朴素服饰和现代非洲的传统服饰。

Due to different clothing,religious beliefs,geographical conditions,climatic conditions,and economic and cultural conditions,their recognition of the aesthetic requirements and values of clothing accessories varies greatly.Africa’s clothing accessories are divided into two parts:the primitive costumes of the original tribe and the traditional costumes of modern Africa.(www.daowen.com)

原始部落比较封闭、流动性小，但他们有自己部落特定的标记原始部族是通过文身、装饰物与其他部落加以区分。他们装饰的标记丰富、奇特、明显，使人一看而知是哪个民族或部落的。如有的原始部落以鼻栓作为标记，有的则以发饰、胡须的装饰来表示，有的部落以某种图腾形象作为部落标，在他们的装饰物中，体现出来或在饰物上雕刻、刺绣方法表现出来，或绘制在兽皮、纺织品上，或用绳线编结出来。从服饰到日常用品中，处处可见这种现象，标志的重要作用被凸显出来（图6-101）。

Primitive tribes are relatively closed and fluid,but they have their own tribal-specific marks.The original tribes are distinguished from other tribes by tattoos and decorations.The decorative marks are rich,peculiar and obvious,which makes it possible to see which ethnic or tribal one it is.Some primitive tribes are marked with nasal plugs,while others are decorated with hair ornaments and beards.Some tribes use some kind of totem image as a tribal standard,which is reflected in their decorations or engraved on ornaments.Embroidery methods are displayed,either on animal skins,textiles,or ropes.From clothing to daily necessities,this phenomenon can be seen everywhere,and the important role of the logo is highlighted (Figure 6-101).
