1.支烧

Branch burning

以一头尖一头粗的小泥条来支撑泥珠类的烧成，较为简便。缺点是在烧成过程中可能会出现釉的流动使泥珠和支钉粘连在一起的问题，而且出现的概率很大。手工制作小量的泥珠，多数采用这种方法，但在烧成之前应该要注意清理孔周围的釉层。

It is relatively simple to support the burning of clay beads with a small thick strip of mud.The disadvantage is that during the firing process,there may be a problem that the flow of the glaze causes the mud and the nail to stick together,and the probability of occurrence is large.This method is mostly applied in handmade small amounts of clay Specific care should be taken to clean the glaze around the holes before burning.

2.吊烧

Hanging burning

这是烧泥珠最安全而高效的方法，但是需要有高温电炉丝才能进行。吊烧可以保证各种陶艺配件的正反面均有釉层，手感光滑。

This is the safest and most efficient way to burn mud,but it needs to be done with a high temperature electric wire.Hanging can ensure that all kinds of ceramic accessories have glaze on the front and back,and the hand feels smooth.

用高温电炉丝从中间的孔穿过，两端以支柱支撑，但每个配件之间要有一定的间隔。如果间隔太小或无间隔，烧成时可能引起黏连，在烧成之前也要注意清理孔周围的釉（图4-79）。

Use a high-temperature electric wire to pass through the hole in the middle,and make sure both ends supported by the pillars,but there must be a certain interval between each fitting.If the interval is too small or there is no gap,it may cause adhesion when burning,and also pay attention to clean the glaze around the hole before firing (Figure 4-79).(www.daowen.com)

3.平烧

Flat burning

这种烧成方式对于圆形泥珠以外的其他平面类陶艺服饰配件都是非常简便而适用的，把配件直接放置于棚板上就可以烧制，非常方便。缺点就是烧成的配件都只是单面施釉，即一面有釉，而另一面无釉，给人的感觉较为粗糙。

This type of firing is very simple and suitable for other flat ceramics accessories other than round clay beads.It is very convenient to place the accessories directly on the shelf.The disadvantage is that the finished accessories are only glazed on one side,that is,one side has glaze,and the other side has no glaze,giving a rough feeling.

玻璃、陶瓷材料作为人造材料的历史伴随着人类文明的进程不断地推进发展着，早期人类就开始使用这两种材料制成可佩带的饰品来装点自己，在和这两种材料不断的对话过程中人们越来越多地发现了其独特的美，它们具有其他材质不可替代的特性，把服饰配件的材料从固有的贵金属以及珠宝中解脱出来，带来了源源不断的创造力，拓展着人们的审美视野（图4-80）。
