摘 要:Clyde Zhengdao Li等学者设计了一个物联网+BIM平台以解决当前预制构件现场装配的实践问题。该平台通过分析利益相关者的需求,利用射频识别(Radio Frequency IDentification,RFID)技术,定义、设计智能建造对象(Smart Construction Objects,SCOs)和智能平台网关,在预制施工现场装配的整个工作过程中收集实时数据,并将捕获的数据实时上传到云端,能够为相关的项目经理和工作人员提供决策支持。本文对该“物联网+BIM平台”的架构设计与开发、现场装配平台实际应用进行总结介绍,以期为工程管理中预制结构、物联网和BIM的集成研究提供借鉴。

Introduction to“An Internet of Things-enabled BIM Platform for On-site Assembly Services in Prefabricated Construction”(www.daowen.com)

Abstract:Clyde Zhengdao Li et al.designed an Internet of Things(IoT)-enabled BIM platform to solve the practical problems of on-site assembly of prefabricated components.The platform is developed through analyzing the demands of the stakeholders.It uses the radio frequency identification(RFID)technology to define and design smart construction objects(SCOs)and smart gateway for collecting real-time data throughout the working processes of on-site assembly in prefabricated construction.The captured data is uploaded to cloud in real-time,which offeres decision support to the involved site managers and workers.In order to provide references for integrating IoT and BIM in prefabricated construction research,we summarized and introduced the research from the perspectives of architecture design and development of IoT-enabled BIM platform and practical application of the on-site assembly platform.

在预制构件的现场装配服务(On-site Assembly Service,OAS)中运用建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术可以增强对构件实物与功能信息的管理能力。但在使用过程中,数据交换的不完整、不准确、不及时,以及数据实时可见性、可追溯性的缺乏会阻碍BIM技术的使用。为了应对此问题,Clyde Zhengdao Li等[1]学者设计了一个“物联网+BIM平台”,并成功将其用在香港预制公共房屋项目中。
