摘　要：为了研究建筑业个体不安全行为的环境影响的现状和趋势，对来自数据库中国知网（China National Knowledge Infrastructure，CNKI）和Web of Science（WOS）的93篇选中文献进行了可视化定量分析，梳理出3个关键环境因素，即工作环境、组织管理环境和社会环境。结果表明，组织管理环境是研究热点，其中特征因素多间接影响个体不安全行为；而工作环境则以直接影响个体特征继而表现不安全行为为主；社会环境则相对偏宏观层面，间接引起个体行为变化。在防范措施中，对上述因素有针对性地管控。通过控制敏感环境因子改善施工环境，为一线员工提供有参考价值的研究成果，提高个体的安全水平。

A Review of Studies on the Environmental Impact on Individuals’Unsafe Behaviors in Construction Industry(www.daowen.com)

Abstract：To study the current situation and trend of the environmental impact on individual unsafe behaviors in the construction industry，93 selected literatures from databases China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）and Web of Science（WOS）were analyzed by using the visual quantitative analysis，and three key environmental factors affecting individual unsafe behaviors，namely，work environment，organizational management environment and social environment，were sorted out.The results show that the organizational management environment is a research hotspot，in which the characteristic factors influence the individual unsafe behavior indirectly；the working environment ismainly directly affected；the social environment is relativelymacro level，indirectly causing individual behavior changes.In the analysis of preventive measures，targeted control was carried out according to the above reasons.This paper aims to improve the construction environment by controlling the sensitive environmental factors，provide valuable research results for front-line employees，and improve the safety level of individuals.
