3.Grantor trust rules 委托人信托规则

委托人信托规则允许委托人控制信托中的资产和投资。它产生的收入按照其税率向委托人征税，而不是信托本身。在这方面，委托人信托规则为个人提供一定程度的税收保护，因为税率通常对个人而言比对信托更有利。
