无论何种商业模式中,为了提高客户的购物满意度,当货物被发出之后,卖家通常会向买家发出一封通知,告知买家货物已经被奇出,这样可以使买家获得良好的购物体验。但是有的时候,会发生一些买家和卖家都不愿意看到的问题,比如长期未收到货、包装破裂使产品受损、货不对版、产品质量不好等情况,这个时候就需要卖家积极、主动地根据不同的问题采用不同的解决方法,尽可能让双方都满意。一般来说,售后客服主要会面对以下几种情况。

(一)物品没有收到

针对“物品没有收到”的纠纷,通常的解决办法如图3-3所示。

1.由于国内节假日造成包裹上线延迟
