［药品名］胃复安

［别名］灭吐灵、灭吐宁、Maxolon、Pasprtin（单盐酸盐）、Primperan（二盐酸盐）。

［分子式］C14H22O2N3Cl

［性状］2为白色结晶性粉末；无臭，味苦。溶于氯仿和酸性溶液，略溶于乙醇或丙醇，几乎不溶于水3。

［作用与用途］

主要抑制延脑的催吐化学感受器，具有较强的镇吐作用；促进胃蠕动，回忆胃内容物的排空，改善胃功能；对高级中枢有轻微抑制作用，但无催眠作用。作用迅速，肌注后15分钟～1小时即发挥作用4。

主要用于多种原因引起的恶心、呕吐（对尼美尔氏综合征的呕吐无显著疗效）及食欲不振、消化不良、胃部胀满、暖气等消化功能障碍。

［用法与用量］5

口服：每次5～10mg，每日10～30mg，饭前服。

小儿每日剂量：3个月以下6mg，3～6个月8mg，6个月～2岁10mg，2～5岁13mg，5～10岁15mg，分3次服。

肌注：每次10～20mg。

［注意事项］

1.本品与节后抗胆碱药（如阿托品、普鲁本辛等6）合用，其作用减弱。

2.孕妇及胃、十二指肠溃疡患者不宜服用。

3.遇光变黄色至黄棕色，其毒性增高不可供药用。

4.本品制剂多为其二盐酸盐。

5.注射给药后，有时可出现体位性低血压。

［贮藏］避光，密闭保存。

［制剂］

片剂：每片5mg、10mg。

主射剂：每支1ml：10mg（盐酸盐，C14H22O2N3Cl·2HCl·H2O）。
