FACTORY WORKING PROCEDURES

1. SAMPLING

These are the timings we request for SAMPLING：

2 weeks for prototypes

3 weeks for approval samples

5 weeks for salesman samples ( bulk)

1.1 LABDIP

Once we send the information about fabrics and colors，the factory must send all lab dips and fabric swatch requested to Quality Department of our office for confirmation in 5days.

These lab dips should have a minimum size of 10cm ×10cm and each color will have different tonal options，so that we can have a choice. In case of fabric wash，we will only confirm the color after it has been washed. Therefore lab dips should be sent after washed in the requested processes.

1.2 FIRST PROTOTYPE

A first prototype needs to be sent to our office： Size 2 for women and Size L for men.

If the fit of the sample is not correct，we will request a correction sample to be sent to us，if the fit is ok we will request an approval sample.

1.3 APPROVAL SAMPLE

These samples should be done using definite fabric，colors，decorations and accessories.

All approval samples must be sent with final hangtags，stickers and wash care label，with the instructions given by us.

We ask factories to confirm strictly to giving their quotes together with the approval sample.

1.4 SALESMAN SAMPLE

After we have confirmed approval samples，the factory should develop the salesmen sample sets，respecting our comments.

It is very important that all models in the requested quantities and in perfect condition are sent on time.

Salesman Sample must be from BULK.

Please note that any incorrect or late salesmen sample will incur into penalties.

1.5 SHIPPING SAMPLE

Once you have finished production，an assortment of each model ( one per size showing each size in a different color) must be sent to our Hangzhou office.

Once we have confirmed these styles you will receive the assortment back，however the sample in size 2 for women and L for men will be sent to our Gernika office to be kept there.

1.6 GENERAL NOTES

Never use black for samples

All original samples should need to be returned in good condition unless otherwise agreed.

Paper pattern must be passed to us，upon request.

Stickers：

The approval samples and the salesman sample should wear the specified hangtags and stickers.

It is most important that the sticker quality you use for hangtags is of good quality and sticks on the hangtag permanently，The size of the sticker should be of 45mm×45mm.(www.daowen.com)

This same sticker should also be put on the polybag in which the garment is packed.

2. LABELS AND STICKERS

Hangtag sticker： The sticker is placed on the sticker hangtag ( where it says“sticker”) ，as shown below：

The sticker on the hangtag must be face up and easily visible from outside once the polybag has been sealed.

( The below hangtag example is from prior season. Use the current one. Same for the sticker drawing and polybag graphics) .

GARMENTS

Hangtags should be attached to garments with a knot that should be resistant enough not be pulled of.

The hangtag should wear a sticker which does not peel off. The size of the sticker should be 4.5cm×4.5cm.
